Jurors were originally scheduled to deliberate today from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Deliberations were suddenly halted shortly after 3:00 p.m. Jurors were sent home early and paramedics came rushing in to the building.
Apparently one of the jurors has a known blood-pressure issue and began to feel dizzy. The other jurors were dismissed for the day and the paramedics were called in.
As of right now, we don't know the full extent of that juror's condition or if an alternate will be needed.
Deliberations are scheduled to begin again at 8:00 a.m. Monday. We'll hopefully have more info then.
IF by chance an alternate is needed, deliberations will have to start over from the beginning.
